As all Dollz Cases are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect phone model selections, change of mind, or accidental orders.
However, if your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue, and we’ll make it right.
